1. IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE?

It is safe to shopline and jadeiteqipao.com keeps your information discreet. The payment gateway we use us Strip - is an International Internet Payment Service and Solution operated by Strip,Inc . We accept visa and master  credit card. Also the courier service we use Domestic and International orders throught the DHL Express. Orders are insured for their value at the point of purchase which guarantees that your parcel been delivered to your doorstep.

2. DO I NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE PURCHASE?

We advise you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase.

So how do i register ?

3. ABOUT SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

All orders are processed within 3 months. Delivery will be carried out within one week during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed  to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims (if any). 

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. In the case if tax is not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by the customs department which is not under our control. Price of postage includes handling fees. 

Shipping Charges will be auto calculation while you proceed for payment.


4. IS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?

An automated order confirmation is emailed 24 to 48 hours after an order is processed in our system. The order confirmation included design , style , size , color and other details. The confirmation also provides the estimated delivery of the order from the designer to jadeiteqipao.com.

If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you . This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Once you select the design click on ‘PREORDER NOW’ to add into CART. To check your selected item you may click on CART and proceed CHECKOUT.

Select shipping destination and delivery method, in the order summary will auto calculated the delivery charges. Click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ for the payment.

6. CHANGING A CONFIRMED ORDER?

All sales are final and cannot be canceled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise , we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. No cash refund is offered. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

8. HOW LONG TO MAKE A CHEONGSAM?

All cheongsam is tailored made. once the order is confirmed the cheongsam progress will take 3 months to be ready.  Jadeiteqipao.com recommends placing your order as far in advance of the events as possible to allow ample time for production, shipment and necessary alterations 


9. WHY PRICE IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN WEBSITE AND SHOP?

This our online store, our expense in operating is much lower than a local retail store. There is no need to rent the store and have sales staff or an alterations department. Therefore, we able to offer our product at attractive price.DO YOU PROVIDE ALTERATION SERVICES?

For online purchase, customer is responsible for the size ordered. We do not provide alteration services. Garments are not custom-made to exact measurements or fit like normal clothing sizes. Almost all garments will need some type of alteration for the best fit.

For oversea customer, we suggest you to get a local tailor to alter the cheongsam for the best fit.

For local / Malaysia customer, we do provide alteration services with charges of RM200.00 in our gallery. Kindly contact our customer service to schedule an appointment for the alteration services.


10.  WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

NO CANCELLATION/ NO REFUND POLICY 

 

All sales are final and cannot be canceled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. However, jadeiteqipao.com will issue a refund for orders we cannot fulfill. This may occur if a product is not available for the given event date and stock is not available.

All merchandise must be inspected immediately. If there is a defect in the merchandise the customer must contact jadeiteqipao.com within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Jadeiteqipao.com must verify the defect or damage prior to issuing any refunds. Any dress altered or changed prior to the inspection will not be allowed for a return or refund of any kind. Refunds may take up to 30 business days for processing.
